This adorable individually hand sewn backpack is machine washable and stain resistant. These functional light weight bags are not bulky or over-sized for small kids to carry. There are 2 interior mesh pockets and 1 outside back pocket conveniently located to carry additional items such as a water bottle, snacks and gear. The bag is made from eco-sponge, an innovative water-resistant neoprene-like fabric that has earned the rigorous Oeko-Tex 100 standard of safety in textiles. The ecological certificate process tests for over 100 harmful substances. The insulating fabric protects and cushions without worry of lead or PVC.
