Should an item be damaged in shipment, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. Returns are not accepted without prior approval. We will pay the return UPS/FedEx Ground shipping cost by issuing a UPS/FedEx Call Tag for picking up any damaged item. Upon receiving the damaged item we will replace it, provided it is still available, or credit the customers credit card for the full amount charged. We guarantee 100% Customer Satisfaction.

SHIPPING RATES & POLICIES
We strive to ship orders within 5-6 business days from the time payment notification is received. If there is a problem and we have the customers e-mail we will contact them and let them know the status of their order.
To give our customers the convenience of receiving their purchases at their doorstep we ship by UPS Ground unless the product is noted as "Shipped by FedEx Ground" . Their shipping times are 3-5 business days from time of pickup. We have formed an excellent relationship with them over the years.
The UPS Ground Rates also apply to FedEx rates on this site and are calculated on the web-page at check out, with combined shipping for multiple items which saves the customer considerable cost. The customer can always contact us to check the status of their order if they are concerned, and we will gladly bring them up to date with the status.
Please note we also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada from this site. There is a special form which must be filled out for Canadian shipments. All shipments to these locations are by UPS/FedEx.
